All sales are final
SocialFleet AI does not offer refunds. All subscription fees, device fees, setup fees, fleet deployment fees, and add-on charges are final at the time of payment. By purchasing any plan or service, you acknowledge and agree that you are not entitled to a refund for any reason, including cancellation, non-use, account issues on third-party platforms, or changes to your business needs.
Why we do not offer refunds
SocialFleet AI provides dedicated physical device infrastructure. When you subscribe, we immediately incur real costs to source, configure, provision, and maintain US-based smartphones, numbers, remote access, monitoring, and operational support on your behalf.
Those infrastructure costs are committed when your order is placed and cannot be reversed. Because we allocate devices, capacity, and ops resources to each customer at signup, we do not maintain a general refund program.
1. Subscription billing
Unless otherwise stated in a signed enterprise agreement, subscriptions are billed in advance at the start of each billing cycle. By purchasing a plan, you authorize us or our payment processor to charge the applicable fees and taxes for that billing period.
Payment confirms your acceptance of this No Refund Policy.
2. No refunds on any fees
The following are non-refundable, without exception under this policy:
- monthly or annual subscription fees
- dedicated device plans and fleet deployment fees
- managed posting and AI social ops pod fees
- setup, onboarding, provisioning, and configuration fees
- add-ons, upgrades, and one-time service charges
- partial billing periods, unused time, or mid-cycle cancellations
There are no pro rata refunds, credits, or trial buybacks unless a separate signed written agreement explicitly states otherwise.
3. Device provisioning
Fees related to device sourcing, number setup, fleet configuration, and custom deployment work are non-refundable once an order is submitted, because we begin allocating hardware, numbers, and operational capacity immediately.
We do not offer refunds if provisioning has started, has completed, or if you later decide not to use the devices or services.
4. Cancellations
You may cancel future renewals so you are not charged for the next billing cycle, unless your order form states otherwise. Cancellation stops future charges only. It does not refund any amount already paid for the current or prior billing periods.
5. Billing errors and chargebacks
If you believe you were charged in error, contact us at hello@socialfleet.ai before initiating a chargeback. We will review duplicate or clearly erroneous charges and correct verified billing mistakes. That process is limited to billing corrections and is not a general refund program.
Unauthorized or abusive chargebacks may result in suspension of Services while the dispute is reviewed.
6. Enterprise and custom agreements
If you have a signed order form, statement of work, or enterprise agreement with different payment terms, that signed document will control to the extent of any inconsistency with this policy.
7. Applicable law
Nothing in this policy is intended to exclude, restrict, or modify any non-excludable rights or remedies you may have under applicable law. Except where applicable law requires otherwise, all fees remain non-refundable.
